Bifteki Metaxa and the salmon are absolutely great. Gyros and schnitzel as well. The boss is a fine guy, we are completely satisfied.

Super delicious food, great atmosphere. Unfortunately closed for entertainment due to external circumstances, all the more a reason to support the operators by ordering more often to pick them up.

From the outside, the Waldschlößchen is a nice restaurant, BUT ... ... the prices are really too high for the really bad quality. An absolute cheek. My schnitzel was completely burned. Even the mushroom sauce couldn't hide that. In addition, the schnitzel was not freshly prepared, but a ready-made schnitzel from a cheap supermarket. I would think twice about whether I would spend my money on such "quality". I will give this restaurant a wide berth.

Very good Greek, nice location and friendly staff. Sufficient offers for vegetarians, but almost impossible to find something for vegans. Unfortunately hardly any vegetarian-Greek main courses, but everything was very tasty and recommended. We like to eat here with family.

The portions could be bigger for the price.

Food was excellent. Loved the large outdoor eating area. Have parking, but only for about 8-10 cars.

Person at the other end already seemed listless when making the reservation. I canceled my reservation shortly afterwards. Seem to prefer to run the restaurant without customers.

We had to wait forever for our food. The starter, a trio of various dips, was good but we didn't get enough bread. The main courses consisted of very dry gyros. Luckily I ordered a sauce with it. My partner couldn't eat his meat. The service was very unfriendly and visibly offended that we didn't finish and had a gourmet block with us. The restaurant is not in a castle and on a main road instead of in the forest, as is assumed! We're not coming back.

The place and the atmosphere are very nice. Also the location itself is beautiful and romantic. However, the food was quite disappointing.

This was the first restaurant we came across in this area and I'm glad we chose to try it! The food was great - steak was well cooked and the portion sizes for all dishes were plentiful. The waiter was nice despite us being unable to speak German, and the atmosphere of the place was calm and pretty. Was our first experience at a Greek restaurant and we're very pleased!

The German name could be misleading, they serve delicious Greek food. Very kind people delivering perfect service. We had dinner at the terrace, just perfect.

Restrooms stink like those of a horse, tried to order a drink for half an hour before I resigned to paying and leaving, and I would really have loved to get the food I ordered and not what's on the menu right next to it.

Wonderful experience....the best I have ever had in Darmstadt. Awesome food, wonderful people.
